John-Paul Kenyon – Founder
JP is a senior communications and stakeholder engagement professional, with proven experience in the delivery of stakeholder engagement campaigns on some of Victoria’s largest infrastructure projects.
With experience in stakeholder engagement roles within State Government, Alliances, and embedded within project teams of major organisations, JP has a breadth of experience delivering communications and stakeholder relations for different organisations and project delivery models. Managing teams of communications and stakeholder relations professionals in his career has led him to develop excellent people leadership skills, and has a track record of outstanding results.
JP is hardworking, professional, and reliable with an extensive network of industry and government colleagues. He has an active interest in state and federal politics, currently working on government infrastructure projects.
Alastair Gowing – Principal Consultant
Alastair is a senior leader with over 15 years’ experience providing strategic communications and engagement advice across government, politics and major infrastructure projects.
A creative and flexible thinker with a finely tuned risk radar and flare for problem solving in a fast paced, dynamic environment, Alastair develops strong interpersonal relationships to achieve the best project outcomes for communities, project owners and project teams.
Alastair has developed high performing communications and engagement teams to a position of key influence in project decisions across five complex major Level Crossing Removal Projects as well as water industry projects.
Jessica Wallwork – Principal Consultant / SA Project Lead
Jessica is a versatile and experienced strategic communication and engagement professional with training in project management and is a certified Project Director. She loves complex, issue rich infrastructure and planning projects.
She has experience working with private sector and government clients across multiple sectors including, transport, water, energy, health, urban precinct planning and property development.
Jessica’s experience provides a lot of transferable skills and knowledge, that she happily shares with teams. She is a dedicated leader and team player known for delivering results in complex, high-pressure environments.
Jessica is our South Australia lead with recent experience at SA Water and looking to grow our offering with the collaboration and backing of our Melbourne team.
Chris Burdeu - Senior Consultant
Chris is a Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Adviser with more than eight years’ experience in the construction sector. Chris has a proven ability to craft meaningful content and navigate confidently through the unknown to mitigate risks, champion change and deliver the best outcomes for the community.
Chris has managed complex projects with clear direction and strong stakeholder relationships, to ensure quality work is delivered on time, on scope and within budget.
Chris has previously held roles working on large-scale infrastructure projects where he has gained valuable knowledge and has experience working for statutory authorities.
Roisin Bettiol – Senior Consultant
Roisin is an experienced communications professional with extensive experience in the infrastructure and transport industries. She has worked on major government projects playing a key role in developing effective communications and engagement strategies to reach critical stakeholders and the broader community.
Roisin has broad engagement experience with internal and external stakeholders on major projects including design teams, engineering disciplines, local and state governments, residents and traders, as well as ministerial offices.
Comfortable with fast-paced timelines and complicated engineering deliverables, Roisin is creative and flexible with a dynamic ability to solve problems and balance competing stakeholder and project needs.
Roisin develops strong interpersonal relationships to achieve the best project outcomes for communities, project owners and project teams.
Mikayla Hartwick – Consultant
Mikayla is a skilled engagement professional with significant experience engaging with communities, landholders and stakeholders impacted by major construction projects and utility operations.
With experience working in project delivery teams in high pressure environments, Mikayla can translate detailed technical information into easy-to-understand content and collateral. Her outstanding interpersonal skills means Mikayla is able build strong working relationships with teams, stakeholders and members of the public.
Mikayla brings a thorough understanding of the needs of construction teams, project owner requirements and asset owner-operators – using this knowledge to deliver best for project outcomes that improve social acceptance.
